Interfere with the platform’s performance or security

Use Invoika to send spam or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

You authorize us or our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and materials on the Site and Services are owned by or licensed to Invoika. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using Invoika, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Invoika available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

Your payment fails or is disputed

Upon termination, your access to data may be limited or deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoika and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
